USEFUL INFORMATION
 Menorca is the most northerly of the Balearic Islands nestled in the Mediterranean Sea off the South East coast of Spain. Its coastline is more unspoiled than any other part of Spain and the countryside remains largely green and pleasant. It is a small island which allows for easy exploration on relatively traffic free roads. The Island also offers a host of Bronze Age structures providing a glimpse of its ancient history. In this respect, Menorca has been compared to an open air museum.

Mahon is the capital of the Island and is found in the east. It boasts second deepest natural harbour in the world. It has an array of shops that range from leather goods and perfumes to boutiques. The harbour front is filled with restaurants that serve some of the best Mediterranean food you can have. |
